This purchase gets you the standards: steaks, roasts and some hamburger plus great cuts like flank steaks, brisket and short ribs.   

$250 deposit to reserve

  • Recommended for families with 1-2 adults and/or 1-2 kids

  • Will take up about a quarter of a small upright freezer or half a chest freezer

  • Each cut is individually wrapped​​​

  • Keep in mind you will add $1.60/pound for processing (paid directly to the butcher shop)

**You must pick up the beef at the processor.
We use several local butcher shops (T-bones Custom Meats & Gold Country Meat Company in Auburn as well as Country Butcher in Marysville) and will work with you to try to make sure that the pickup location is convenient for you.

On average, 300-390 pounds

Grass raised, grain finished: $7.00/pound hanging weight of ready-to-cook retail cuts.

  • Great for 3-4 person families who want a plentiful supply of beef throughout the year

  • Each cut is individually wrapped​​​​

  • Will take up about half of a 20 cu.ft. freezer

  • Keep in mind you will add $1.60/pound for processing (paid directly to the butcher shop)
