When we say we have a four generation commitment; we mean that there are literally four generations of our family working together everyday to put a wholesome product on your table.  We're not new to the cattle business, in fact we have been consistently, sustainably producing enough beef to feed 1500 families each year!  We do this because we love this way of life and because we want to provide a delicious, safe food source to your family.  Now for the first time, we would like to offer this to our local community so that you can take part and pride in what we have spent lifetimes building.

We put a significant amount of focus on the genetics of our cattle; as we expect them to utilize the forage we have with the utmost efficiency.  We want them to grow fast so that they reach market weight quickly, thereby lessening their environmental impact.  

Did you know that your eating experience is directly related to the genetics of the animal you're consuming?  We hope that you start to care about this; as things such as marbling and tenderness are indicative of great quality genetics! 

Our cattle are free of added hormones and antibiotics.  They are grass-fed, grain finished and humanely raised in beautiful Northern California.
